The San Diego State Aztecs are one of the most storied college athletic programs in the nation, and its iconic wordmark logo has been a part of that history since 1922. The original design was created by SDSU alumni Harold Fisk, who drew inspiration from ancient Aztec symbols to craft a bold and distinctive look for his alma mater. Since its inception almost 100 years ago, the San Diego State Aztecs' wordmark logo has become synonymous with excellence both on and off the field.
