Delta Devils Alternate Logo
The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils' alternate logo is a symbol of pride for the university and its athletics teams. The logo, which has been in use since 2003, is based on the school’s iconic devil mascot. It features a red-eyed horned devil with wings outstretched and an “MVSU” banner across its chest. The color scheme of black, white, and blue pays homage to both the school colors as well as those used by other universities in Mississippi such as Ole Miss and Southern Miss.
Since its inception, this design has become synonymous with MVSU Athletics teams throughout NCAA Division I competition including basketball (men's & women's), football (men's & women's) cross country/track & field (both men’s &women’s). In addition to being featured prominently on game day uniforms for all sports programs at MVSU, it can also be seen adorning fan apparel worn by students attending games or supporting from afar via social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook.
The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils alternate logo continues to represent strength through unity amongst athletes competing at various levels within NCAA Division I competition while embodying a sense of pride that resonates deeply among fans who support them year after year no matter what their record may be!
