The La Salle Explorers' wordmark logo has been a beloved symbol of the university for decades, representing its proud history and traditions. In recent years, La Salle's iconic wordmark logo was given an update with a modernized look while still maintaining much of its original design elements. The new version features sleek typography and bold colors that pay homage to both past and present generations alike.

The original version dates back to 1969 when it was first used on all official school documents including letterheads, business cards, envelopes, and more. It featured two lines of text stacked atop each other in a black typeface with “LaSalle” written above “Explorers” in gold outline font – which quickly became an identifier for alumni across the country as well as students on campus at any given time period since then! The updated version also includes these same fonts but now uses navy blue instead along with white accents throughout; making it easier than ever before for people everywhere to recognize what institution they are seeing just by glancing at their logos or merchandise items from afar!
