Green Wave Alternate Logo
The Tulane Green Wave alternate logo has a long and storied history. It is one of the most recognizable logos in college sports, and it has been used by the school for decades. The first version of the logo was created in 1976 when Tulane University decided to create an alternate logo to represent its athletic teams. The original design featured a green wave crest with two white stars above it, along with “Tulane” written underneath in bold letters.
Since then, there have been several iterations of this iconic symbol over the years as technology advanced and graphic design capabilities increased exponentially. In 1997, for instance, an updated version was released that included red accents on either side of the wave crest as well as new lettering beneath it that said “Green Wave” instead of just “Tulane” like before. This update also saw some minor changes made to both stars so they appeared more three-dimensional than before while still maintaining their traditional shape from earlier versions.
Today's modern iteration features all these same elements but slightly refined yet again thanks to advances in digital graphics software; now each star appears even more detailed than ever while still retaining its classic look from previous incarnations throughout history—a testament not only to how far technology can take us but also how timeless good design truly is! As such, the Tulane Green Wave alternate Logo remains one of college sports' most recognizable symbols today - making sure everyone knows who they are rooting for during any sporting event!
