Designed by The Moore Agency for the university’s transition to NCAA Division I, the mark utilizes a heavy navy silhouette anchor behind three-dimensional, beveled green lettering. The typography borrows the aggressive, sharp-angled styling of the university’s prior athletic wordmarks—complete with jagged cutout details on the ‘U’ that subtly hint at coastal and maritime elements.
