Aggies Primary Logo
In 2019, the UC Davis Aggies moved to a wordmark logo for their primary mark. The former primary is a great-looking logo with a horse's head inside the letter "C" shaped horseshoe.

A blue, white, grey, and gold horse’s head inside a blue and white letter “C” shaped like a horseshoe with a gold formed background. Double-lined wordmark “UC” in blue, “DAVIS” in bold blue, and “AGGIES” in blue with a gold underscore between the wordmark.
The shade of gold was changed.
1999 - 2013
A horse’s side view appears framed by a blue horseshoe, shaped like the letter “C” on a gold background. Wordmark “UC DAVIS AGGIES” is printed in blue with an underscore between the wordmark.
1959 - 1999
The physical symbol of a Block CA became a de facto logo for UC Davis athletics in 1959, although the shape and size varied in almost every usage. The varsity letter issued to student-athletes consisted of an octagonal block letter “C” enclosing a block letter “A.”
