Trojans Alternate Logo

The Southern California Trojans have a long and storied history of alternate logos. The first known logo was used from the early 1900s to the mid-1930s, featuring an interlocking “SC” with a small football in between them. This logo was replaced by one that featured two Trojan helmets facing each other, which became popular for decades until it was retired in 2006. Since then, various logos have been used to represent the team at different times over the years.

In 2012, USC unveiled its newest alternate logo: an abstract version of their iconic Trojan helmet with three stars above it representing Los Angeles County's three professional sports teams – Dodgers baseball team (blue star), Lakers basketball team (purple star) and Kings hockey team (green star). This new design has become incredibly popular among fans as well as athletes who wear it proudly on their uniforms or hats during games or practice sessions.

USC also occasionally uses special edition logos for certain events such as bowl games or homecoming celebrations; these often feature unique designs that incorporate elements from both traditional and modern graphics styles into something truly eye-catching yet still recognizable as belonging to USC Trojans athletics program.
