Bonnies Wordmark Logo

The St. Bonaventure Bonnies have a long and storied history in college athletics, with the school's wordmark logo playing an important role in that legacy. The current iteration of the logo was unveiled in 2020, but its roots go back much further than that.

In 1985, St. Bonaventure adopted their first official wordmark logo featuring a large “B” set atop two smaller letters spelling out “Bonnies” beneath it – all within an oval shape containing three stars on either side of the lettering to represent both faith and excellence associated with being part of this great university community. This design has remained largely unchanged over time; however, some subtle alterations were made throughout the years including changes to color schemes as well as minor font adjustments for consistency purposes when transitioning from one version to another across various mediums such as apparel or digital media outlets like television broadcasts or websites displaying team logos and graphics assets.

This iconic symbol is now synonymous with not only representing athletic teams at St Bona but also representing spirit amongst students who proudly wear apparel adorned by this mark around campus - making it recognizable far beyond just sports circles! As we move forward into 2021, we look forward to continuing our tradition of excellence while keeping our beloved mascot front and center for all fans everywhere!
