In 2019, the Aggies moved to a wordmark logo for their primary mark. The former primary is a great-looking logo with a horse's head inside the letter "C" shaped horseshoe.

1959 - 1999
The physical symbol of a Block CA became a de facto logo for UC Davis athletics in 1959, although the shape and size varied in almost every usage. The varsity letter issued to student-athletes consisted of an octagonal block letter “C” enclosing a block letter “A.”
