Eagles Primary Logo

The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles have been proudly representing their university since 1997. Over the years, they've had several different primary logos that represent their school spirit and athletic prowess. In this blog post, we'll take a look at the history of these logos and how they've evolved over time!

The first logo for the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles was introduced in 1997 when the team was founded. It featured an eagle head with wings spread out across a white background. This logo remained unchanged until 2006 when it underwent its first major redesign to include more detail into its design elements such as shading and color variations on both sides of the eagle's face as well as adding two stars above it to symbolize excellence in academics and athletics alike.

In 2011, another redesign debuted which kept most of what made up previous versions but added some new features such as sharper lines around feathers along with brighter colors like yellow-golden hues which gave off a sense of strength while still maintaining traditional elements from before like red eyes for power or determination within the competition. The last update came in 2018 where minor changes were made including making talons appear more realistic instead of just being outlined shapes without any texture or depth gave them previously Additionally, small details like claws being slightly curved instead straight were also included during this update too.
