Staley Primary Logo
The Decatur Staleys are one of the oldest teams in the NFL, and they have an iconic logo to match. The team's primary logo has gone through a few changes over the years, but it still retains its original look and feel.
The first iteration of their logo was created in 1920 when George Halas founded the team. This version featured two crossed "T"s with a football between them, which is said to represent teamwork and unity among players on the field. It also included an American flag design at its center as well as stars along each side representing America's greatness during that time period.
In 1922, however, Halas decided to update his original design by adding more detail such as stripes within each letter form along with additional stars around it for added patriotism effect. This new version continues to be used today by both fans and athletes alike who proudly display their loyalty towards this historic franchise every Sunday afternoon!
