Rams Alternate Logo
The St. Louis Rams alternate logo history is long and storied, with the team having gone through several iterations of their iconic ram head logo over the years. The earliest iteration of this logo was first seen in 1973 when they were still known as the Los Angeles Rams, featuring an orange ram’s head with yellow horns and a blue outline. This design remained unchanged until 1988, when they changed to navy blue for their primary color scheme and introduced gold accents into their logos for good measure.
After that initial change in 1988, there have been several changes to both primary colors used as well as minor tweaks to some details on specific versions of the Ram's Logo throughout its history since then; most notably from 1999-2005, when it featured three different shades of white instead of just two like before or after that period. However, these changes are typically very minor compared to what happened next: In 2015, they unveiled an all-new look which included changing from navy blue back to royal purple (which had previously been used by them prior), adding silver highlights/outlines along with black accents, and finally introducing more modernized designs such as curved lines rather than straight ones found on previous logos.
Overall while there have been many differences between each version over time, the core elements, such as having a ram’s head shape, remain constant no matter how much things may change otherwise; thus making sure fans can always recognize who exactly is represented by said symbol regardless if it's current or not!
