Panthers Alternate Logo

The Florida Panthers are a professional ice hockey team based in Florida. They have been around since 1993 and have undergone many changes, including their alternate logo. The first alternate logo for the Panthers was introduced in 1996 and featured an abstract design with a black panther head surrounded by blue flames on a white background. This logo was used until 1998, when another version replaced it with more detail added to it, such as fur texture on the panther’s face and body and yellow eyes that glowed from within its mouth.

In 2003, yet another new design for an alternate Panther's logo emerged; this one featuring two crossed sabers behind a leaping black panther with green eyes set against an orange sunburst background outlined in blue flame designs similar to those seen before but much bolder than before. This remained unchanged until 2007, when they changed again to feature just one saber instead of two behind the same leaping black cat silhouette now accompanied by three stars at its side, all encased inside of what appears to be either fire or smoke emanating from beneath them while still maintaining its orange-blue color scheme overall look remained essentially identical throughout these various iterations up until 2014 when they finally decided upon their current secondary emblem which is just said same leaping feline figure without any additional elements surrounding it except for some simple outlining along with some minor alterations made here and there regarding details like eye color etcetera so that today we can recognize this particular image almost immediately whenever we see it no matter where or how small our viewing window may be making this arguably one of the most recognizable logos not only amongst NHL teams but also across other sports leagues worldwide!

Overall then, after having gone through several different versions over time, eventually settling upon what has become known today as “the classic” Florida Panther Alternate Logo – something fans both old & new alike can appreciate & identify quickly – shows us just how far both organization itself (in terms rebranding) plus sports branding industry general have come since the late 90s/early 00s era where everything seemed quite experimental compared modern standards!
