Brewers Alternate Logo
The Milwaukee Brewers have a long and storied history of alternate logos. The first logo, introduced in 1970, featured an orange baseball with the word “Brewers” written across it. This logo was used until 1977 when they unveiled their iconic ball-in-glove logo that is still used to this day as one of their main logos.
In 2002, the team released another alternate logo featuring a cartoonish mitt holding three baseballs with “Milwaukee” written above it in white letters on an orange background. This design was popular among fans but only lasted until 2006 when they switched back to using just the ball-in-glove design for all official merchandise and apparel releases.
In 2011, however, the team decided to bring back some variety by introducing two new alternate designs: one featuring a blue circle outlined in yellow containing two crossed bats and balls; while another contained just an M inside of a navy blue circle outlined in gold along with four small stars around it representing each division title won by Milwaukee during that time period (1981–83). Both these designs are still being used today alongside their original classic look as part of official Brewers merchandise offerings from hats and t-shirts to jerseys and more!
