Sacramento Republic FC Primary Logo
Sacramento Republic FC has a long and storied history that is reflected in its primary logo. The club was founded in 2012 by an ownership group led by Warren Smith, Joe Wagoner, and Kevin Nagle with the goal of bringing professional soccer to Sacramento. Since then, the team’s logo has evolved over time to reflect the city’s unique identity as well as its commitment to excellence on the pitch.
The first version of their primary logo featured a shield shape with three stripes at the top representing California's flag colors: red for courage and strength; white for purity; blue for justice and loyalty. At the center was an image of two hands shaking symbolizing the unity between fans from all backgrounds who come together under one banner - Sacramento Republic FC's badge! Inside this circle were two stars representing each MLS Cup title won since 2014 (the first being against New York Red Bulls). Finally, there were five arrows pointing outward which represented both Northern California culture & heritage while also paying homage to local Native American tribes whose influence can still be seen today throughout our region today!
Today, this same basic design remains but it has been modernized slightly over time including changes such as adding more detail around edges like embossed stitching or subtle gradients within elements like stars or circles, etc., making them look more polished than ever before! Additionally, they have recently added some new icons such as lion heads that represent their mascot "Indomitable City" which further strengthens ties between club supporters & community members alike- something very important when trying to build up strong fanbases year after year regardless if you win or lose games on any given day/weekend matchday schedule!. All these small details help make sure every person wearing SacRepublicFC apparel looks good doing so no matter what event they're attending whether it be home matches at Papa Murphy Park stadium downtown Sacramento area OR away matches across the country/worldwide locations too!
