The team was founded by Vince McMahon and is owned by Alpha Entertainment LLC. The primary logo of this franchise has evolved over time to reflect its current identity and brand image.

The first logo for the Vegas Vipers featured an outline of a snake with its head pointed downward, symbolizing strength and power within their organization. This design was used from 2001 until 2003 when it underwent slight changes to make it more modernized while still keeping elements from their original concept intact such as bold lines that emphasized motion through curves rather than straight lines which were meant to represent speed and agility on the field. Additionally, they added green coloration around certain parts like eyes or scales that provided contrast against other colors present on their uniform designs which included black, silver, and white at different times during those years.

In 2020, the new primary logo for this team includes two snakes intertwined together forming a “V” shape above them standing atop an illustration resembling mountains with lightning bolts shooting out along each side.
