Amigos Logo History

The Anaheim Amigos logo has a long and storied history. The original logo, which was used from 1967 to 1970, featured an orange basketball with the words “Anaheim Amigos” written in white font across it. This design was meant to represent the team's commitment to providing quality entertainment for its fans. In 1971, the logo changed slightly when a new owner took over; this time featuring an orange basketball with blue stripes running through it and again featured the same font as before: “Anaheim Amigos”. This new look lasted until 1974 when another change occurred; this one is more drastic than before as now there were two large green stars on either side of a red background that also had "Amigos" written in bold yellow lettering across it – all of which represented both success and luck for those who wore or supported them at games or other events during their heyday period between 1975-1978

In 1979 however, yet another shift happened where now there were three circles stacked atop each other that contained different designs within them such as outlines of cities (likely representing Anaheim) plus symbols like arrows pointing up towards victory while still keeping "Amigo" spelled out prominently above everything else - all signifying strength & unity amongst players & supporters alike right up until 1982 when they ultimately disbanded after having been part of several leagues throughout their existence including ABA/ABA2/IBL, etc.

Today you can find vintage apparel sporting these classic logos online but even if you don't own any memorabilia yourself just knowing about how much effort went into creating something so iconic is enough proof alone that despite not lasting very long overall - The Anaheim Amigo's had some truly amazing designs associated with them at various points throughout their brief history!
