The Bengals' image has changed about eight times that I can remember, but the first one, from around 1968, is the funniest. I know it was the Woodstock age when everyone was making love and getting high, but I didn't realize that Tony the Tiger's stepbrother was a methhead from Queen City.

#3 - Carolina Panthers

In 1995, the Carolina Panthers were inducted into the NFL, the same year as the Jaguars. The artist who made the Jaguars' logo must have been having a two-for-one sale, and we all know that the Panthers' owners are cheap. In 28 years, they changed their image from this to this.

I'd love to know what the "artist" said when he or she showed the suits in charge of capturing the ferocity of this brand, the new, aerodynamic, avant-garde design. Do you think everyone stood in awkward quiet before the wife’s owner walked in and said, “Oh, I love what you did, Reynard!”
