The WNBA’s Atlanta Dream is going through a franchise re-birth of sorts for the 2020 season. In addition to playing in a new home arena, the team unveiled an overhaul of their logo for the first time since its inception in 2008.
The old logo of a red and sky-blue Atlanta Dream script with a basketball flying out of it is gone. Replacing it is a crest that’s more reminiscent of a soccer club than a basketball team, but it is definitely sharp.
The logo is mostly black, with red, sky-blue, gray, and white accents.
